Tender process for Stony Batter Conservation Area and Stony Batter Historic Reserve

The Minister of Conservation gives notice of his intention to run a closed tender process for a concession for guided tours and the lease of the underground tunnel structure at Stony Batter Conservation Area and Stony Batter Historic Reserve.

This means no one can apply for a concession for these activities, at this location, while this process is underway. This is pursuant to 17ZG(2)(a) of the Conservation Act 1987.

DOC will not accept any concession applications while the closed tender process is underway.

The closed tender information will be published on this web page and local print media when this is available.
