Campsite categories: facilities and fees
Introduction
DOC provides facilities and charges fees on the basis of the campsite category.Fees listed here apply to most campsites in each category, but check individual campsite pages as prices might vary.
Do not book or occupy a campsite if you don’t intend to stay there (for example, when a site is occupied by a vacant tent or vehicle). If you do, a fee of two adults will apply. This fee applies to all DOC campsites.
How to pay
Each campsite webpage will explain how much it is and how to pay for it.
