Description

  • Measures about 50-60 mm from snout tip to vent.

Distribution

  • Subfossil bones have been found throughout the North Island and in Nelson and Westland in the South Island.

Notes

  • Named after Geoffrey Markham, who pioneered the study of subfossil frog bones in New Zealand.
