Predator control operations 2020/21

Introduction

DOC is planning a predator control programme of just over 550,000 hectares or 6% of public conservation land at sites across the North and South Islands in 2020/21.

To protect native species, DOC is carrying out the predator control operations for 2020/21 listed below. Operations use aerial 1080 unless listed as ground control, which is mostly trapping.

All operations are by DOC, unless otherwise indicated in the site column.
