DOC Financial Sustainability Review
Introduction
As part of DOC’s ongoing work into savings and efficiencies, DOC began a Financial Sustainability Review in 2023 to assess our financial sustainability.Date: 19 July 2024
Phase One of the Financial Sustainability Review provides an assessment of our current expenditure, performance, and cost drivers.
Phase Two, currently in development, will provide advice for Ministers and leadership around the scope and scale of DOC’s work, and what will be required to make DOC financially sustainable in the medium and long term, while ensuring priority conservation outcomes are delivered.
