Summary of proposal
Panuku Development Auckland request to be permitted to deter seals from the occupying the marina infrastructure and on vessels within the marinas, in a safe manner, when required.
They propose use of the hose to move on the leopard seals and seal boards (supplied by DOC) to move the fur seals.
