Intention to grant a lease to Motuora Restoration
Introduction
Have your say on an application for a lease/licence to operate a plant nursery and add two small removable accommodation sheds on Motuora Island/Motuora Recreation Reserve. Submissions close 23 April 2018 .The Minister of Conservation gives notice of her intention to grant a 10 year concession under section 17Q of the Conservation Act 1987 to Motuora Restoration Society Incorporated to operate a plant nursery and add two small removable accommodation sheds on Motuora Island / Motuora Recreation Reserve.
How to submit
Any person or organisation may object in writing to the Director-General against the proposal, or make written submissions on the proposal.

Submissions will be accepted up to and including 23 April 2018. Once submitted, submitters' information is subject to the Official Information Act 1982 and may be released under that Act. If you wish to keep any part of your submission confidential, you need to state this in writing when making your submission.
Any person or organisation wishing to be heard in support of his/her objection, or submission, must request (in that objection/submission) an opportunity to appear before the Director-General.

If a hearing is required, it is likely to occur in the week starting 23 April 2018.
