This campsite marks the mid-point of the Timber Trail and easy access to the Maramataha suspension bridge.

Off SH 4 or SH30, on the Waimiha-Ongarue Rd. Turn east at Waimiha, follow Ongarue Stream Rd into Kokomiko Rd.
Access: 13 km of gravel road from Kokomiko Rd to campsite, windy in places.
