CSP project update - Gibson's albatross research

This draft proposal describes the scope and methodology for the 2015-16 season of Gibson's albatross research at the Auckland Islands. Based the work of previous years, census techniques were reviewed by Baker et al (2015) and Walker & Elliott (2015) which were built upon to create this proposed scope as part of CSP project POP2015-03 Objective 1A.
