Tender process for Blackstone Hill Conservation Area
Introduction
A tender process will be run for a farming activity over part of Blackstone Hill Conservation Area.The Minister of Conservation gives notice of his intention to run a tender process for the above concession, under Section 17ZG(2)(a) of the Conservation Act 1987.
Pursuant to s17ZG(2)(a) of the Conservation Act 1987 a person must not apply to the Minister for a concession if the Minister has exercised a power under section 17ZG(2)(a).
DOC will not accept any concession applications for farming activities at Blackstone Hill Conservation Area whilst the tender process is underway.
The tender will be advertised on this web page and local print media in the future.
