Summary of Proposal: The applicants are proposing to construct and develop a shared (walking and cycling) trail between Horopito and Mangawhero (National Park). This trail will form part of the Mountains to the Sea Great Ride. The applicants are currently seeking approval to develop stage 1 of the trail which is 11.84 km section between Horopito and Makatote Awa.
