The Minister of Conservation gives notice under section 17SC of the Conservation Act 1987 of an application by the Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences Limited to apply for a continuation of a lease for a building.
The building is located at Ngauruhoe Place, Whakapapa Village in Tongariro National Park. The current lease expired 31 December 2020. The lease continuation has been requested for a period of 25 years to 31 December 2045.
