We share public documents on our FTP server, which you can browse using Cerberus. Cerberus is referred to as our document download site.
On this website we link to specific folders such as https://ftp.doc.govt.nz/public/folder/bjbi0tyeyeg2td3zzuylvw/conservation-week – clicking on links like this will open Cerberus in your web browser.
Opening/downloading a single file from Cerberus
- Navigate into a folder by clicking on the folder name.
- When you find the file you want, click on the file name.
- Depending on your system and the type of file, this will either open the file, give you options to save it, or it will save it to your default downloads folder.
Downloading files from Cerberus
- Navigate into a folder by clicking on the folder name.
- Choose the files you want by clicking on the rows to highlight them (avoid clicking the folder/file name as it will open the folder/file instead).
- To select all the listed files/folders, click the "Check All" button.
- Click the "Zip and Download" button to download the selected files as a .zip folder.
