Summary
A conservation management strategy is a statutory document which implements general policies and establishes objectives for the integrated management of natural (including land and species) and historic resources.
This is the Conservation Management Strategy (CMS) for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation.
The purpose of this CMS is to set out the management directions for the Department in Wellington Conservancy for the next 10 years. It has been prepared in accordance with Part IIIA of the Conservation Act 1987.
