Te Iringa campsite
One of seven campsites in the park dominated by the Kaimanawa Ranges. This is an area of diverse terrain and vegetation including tall forest, scrublands and tussock grasses. Activities include hunting, short walks, tramping, fishing and rafting in the river. Watch for kereru, fantail, bellbird, rifleman, robin, grey warbler, tomtit, and kakariki.

Getting there
27 km east of Taupo turn right off SH 5 into Taharua Rd and follow for 9.5 km, then turn right into Clements Mill Rd. Campsite is 4 km from start of road.

- Campfires permitted. Be aware of fire bans and the higher fire risk during summer months. You may need a permit for your fire. Contact the local DOC office or Council for details. Follow the on-site signs.
