The Manawatu Rangitikei Area Volunteer Programme aims to build capacity in our communities by providing a range of opportunities for people to get involved in conservation and recreation activities.
The Whanganui area requires volunteers year round to assist with an array of conservation and recreation projects.
During the "great journey" season (October through April), hut wardens are needed at John Coull Hut in Whanganui National Park.
