Join DOC on a day out restoring and enhancing habitat for the native freshwater fish species that call the lower Clutha River/Mata-Au catchment home.
4 - 8 November 2024: Volunteers will help with the repair and maintenance of this significant historic site.
11 November 2024 - 3 March 2025: Volunteer rangers are needed to provide assistance and education to visitors, as well as to maintain facilities at Nugget Point Lighthouse Reserve.
17 - 21 February 2025: Assistance is required for general tidy up of the campsite and area surrounding the DOC house at Papatowai.
Mid-October 2024 to mid-April 2025: Help protect the wildlife at Sandfly Bay by teaching visitors about it.
